Ashley is a public health professional who believes that racial justice is a necessary part of creating healthy communities. She is passionate about having conversations about equity and moving towards changes in practice and policy to make equity a reality. She is proud to call St. Louis her life-long home.
Hannah Allee
Team Member
Hannah is a social worker and organizer committed to education equity for youth in our region. She believes that through radical collaboration across systems and communities, we can create a St. Louis where everyone has the opportunity to thrive. Hannah grew up in West County and is a graduate of the Parkway School District.

Gerry Proctor
Team Member
Gerry is a retired minister and grandma to two wonderful children. She spends her time working for racial equity and justice for the environment. She also has an enjoyable and often hilarious time raising chickens. Gardening and reading are treasured pastimes as well.
Our leadership team is elected and empowered by the membership of WE CAN to ensure that our Community Action Network is strategic, well-equipped, and supported.
